COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course serves as an introduction to the field of Human Resource Management. The course will cover aspects of the dynamic environment of human resource management and the functions and strategies utilized within the field. It highlights the legal and ethical issues that arise within human resource management. In doing so, it will explore the crucial function of staffing within business organizations as well as training and development tools that can be utilized in maintaining high performance standards among employees within business organizations.
