This course introduces student to the important steps of designing a solution to given programming problem. It tackles the subject of program design by using structured programming techniques and pseudo codes to develop solution algorithms. 

This Course is designed to teach beginning Computer programmers how to develop good programming skills for solving common business problems. 

The student will be taught how to develop a programming solution independent of any programming language
